Exchanges and Returns
At ZAYNIS, we believe it's important that you feel good about your order. If your purchase isn't quite what you expected, we're here to help. Below, you'll find information on how to return and exchange items at ZAYNIS.
Return Period

You can return your order within 30 days of receipt.

Register your return as soon as possible after receipt via email or WhatsApp.

After registration, you must return the package within 14 days.
Costs & Responsibility

Return shipments are at your own expense and responsibility.

Shipping costs, import duties, and any taxes are not reimbursed.

Is an item defective or incorrectly delivered? Please contact us immediately — we will, of course, resolve this properly.
⚠️ Please note:
If, after a return, your order total falls below the threshold for free shipping, the original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
Return Conditions
Returned items must be:

unworn and undamaged
-
in their original packaging, if possible
-
provided with original labels
ZAYNIS reserves the right to refuse returns or apply a depreciation in value if an item is not in its original condition.
Exceptions (non-returnable)
The following items cannot be returned:

Personalized or custom-made items

Pacifiers and other hygienic products
-
Gift cards (upon return, the amount will be reissued as a gift card)
Returns from outside the EU

Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees for returns from outside the EU are the customer's responsibility.

Returns for which import duties have not been paid may be refused.
Refunds
After receiving and checking your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days using the same payment method.
If the return causes your order to fall below the €100 free shipping threshold, the shipping costs will still be deducted.
For visible signs of use or damage, we may apply a depreciation in value.

Fill in the return form at the bottom of this page. Once we receive your request, we will send you the return instructions by email. -
Packaging:
Carefully package the items to prevent damage during transport. -
