Exchanges and Returns

At ZAYNIS, we believe it's important that you feel comfortable ordering. If your purchase isn't quite what you expected, we're happy to help. Below, you can read how returns and exchanges work at ZAYNIS.


Return period

  • You can return your order within 30 days of receipt .

  • Please register your return as soon as possible after receipt by email or WhatsApp.

  • After registration you must return the package within 14 days .


Costs & Responsibility

  • Returns are at your own expense and responsibility .

  • Shipping costs, import duties and any taxes will not be refunded .

  • Is an item defective or incorrectly delivered ? Please contact us immediately — we'll resolve the issue promptly.

⚠️ Please note:
If your return falls below the free shipping amount, the original shipping costs will still be deducted from the refund amount.


Return Policy

Returned items must:

  • are unworn and undamaged

  • if possible in the original packaging

  • provided with the original labels

ZAYNIS reserves the right to refuse returns or apply a depreciation if an item is not in its original condition.


Exceptions (non-returnable)

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Pacifiers and other hygiene products

  • Gift vouchers (if returned, the amount will be reissued as a gift voucher)

Returns from outside the EU

  • Any import duties, taxes or customs charges for returns from outside the EU are the responsibility of the customer .

  • Returns for which import duties have not been paid may be refused.

Refund

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days using the same payment method.
If your return brings your order below the free shipping amount of €100, the shipping costs will still be deducted.
In case of visible signs of use or damage, we may apply a reduction in value.

How to return

  1. Complete the return form:
    Complete the returns form at the bottom of this page. Once we receive your request, we'll email you the return instructions.

  2. Packaging:
    Please pack the items carefully to avoid damage during transport.

  3. Dispatch:
    Send your return package with Track & Trace to:

    Please note: Returns without Track & Trace are at your own risk. We cannot guarantee a refund in case of loss.
