Shipping
When an item is in stock and payment has been received, orders are generally dispatched within 1 to 5 business days.
Exceptions include:

Items with a clearly stated extended delivery time (this will be indicated on the product page)
Orders with mixed delivery times
If your order contains both in-stock items and items with a longer delivery time, your order will be shipped once all items are ready for dispatch.
If you wish to receive the in-stock items earlier, please contact us. Additional shipping costs for partial deliveries are at the customer’s expense.
Order status

Dispatch & Delivery
Orders placed on business days before 1:00 PM (CET) are usually shipped the same day, subject to availability. Orders placed after 1:00 PM, during weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

Delivery times are indicative and depend on the destination country and carrier. International shipments may take 5–14 days. No rights can be derived from stated delivery times.
Taxes & Duties
European Union
For orders shipped within the European Union, all prices on our website are displayed including VAT. The VAT rate is automatically adjusted to the country of delivery.
Outside the European Union
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to local import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the recipient.
ZAYNIS has no control over these charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information if needed.
Changes or Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly. Therefore, it is not possible to change or cancel an order once it has been placed.
If you change your mind after receiving your order, you may make use of our return process.
Returns
Return shipments are the responsibility and expense of the customer. Shipping costs, import duties, and any taxes paid are non-refundable.
Return conditions
Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and—if possible—in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt.
Please always retain proof of return shipment.
