At ZAYNIS, we believe it's important that you're satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you're not completely happy with your order, we're happy to help you with the exchange/return process. Here you'll find information about exchanges/returns, both in terms of our legal obligations and your expectations as a consumer.

Legal Return Obligation

As an online store, we are legally obligated to grant you the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receipt. This applies to most products you buy from us. You can cancel your order within this period without giving a reason.

After registering your return, you have another 14 days to actually return the product to us. You'll be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.

Return Policy

1. Return period: You can register your products for return within 14 days of receipt.
2. Product condition: Make sure the items are in their original condition , unworn, and with the original tags and packaging . We cannot accept returns on damaged or used items. Please note: if you paid with a gift card, it will be refunded in the form of a gift card; no refund will be given.
3. Shipping costs: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returns, unless the item is defective or not in accordance with the order.

How to return

1. Contact Us: Before making a return, please contact us at info@zaynis.com or send us a WhatsApp message at +31616710989 so we can provide you with specific instructions.
2. Pack the items: Make sure the items are properly packed to prevent damage during transportation.
3. Send the package: Send the package to the following address:

Make sure you include your return shipment Track & Trace If you do not wish to return your package, you will be responsible for any losses you may incur in the mail. ZayNis will not be held responsible for any such loss.

Refund

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will refund the amount of the returned items within 14 days using the same method you used for payment. Please note that we may retain an amount for any depreciation if the products are not in their original condition. If you have used our Free shipping from 100,- and by returning you will get below this threshold amount ? Then we will still charge the shipping costs incurred.

Custom made (normally not available in our webshop).
Weaning (for hygienic reasons).
